BTE - Better Than Expected
I was a little leary about ordering these chairs based on some mixed reviews. I'm hoping my experience clears a few things up.First, I went into this purchase expecting horrible instructions and a terrible assembly process. With those expectations and armed with years of previous assembly experience I was pleasently surprised. Yes, all the hardware will come in two bags (1 for each chair) with no identifying info besides a poor chart of parts on the front page of the instructions. But, once you organize your hardware into like piles, you'll find there are only 2 different length bolts, a pile of washers, and few nuts. So, even with poor instructions (and I've seen worse) it's not hard to figure out what goes where. One piece of advice the instructions give which is very helpful, is to NOT tighten anything down. If you do, the remaining assembly becomes much more difficult. Leave all the hardware very loose upon initial assembly and you'll find the whole process fairly easy.First chair took me 20 minutes. 2nd chair 10 minutes. Table 5 minutes. The chair is modern, stylish, low to the ground, and very comfortable. The aluminum frame makes them both sturdy and lightweight, which is a nice combination. I find then very easy to move around based on whether i want sun or shade. I could see anyone with a wider frame body or anyone who has a hard time getting up from a low slung position not liking these chairs as much as i do. My wife and i are in our 40s and both in good physical condition, so these chairs give us no problems getting in or out of them.Overall, I'm pleasantly surprised by the products style and function for this price point.

Really decent sun shelf chairs for the price! So far so good.
In a space dominated by supercool $1300+ curvy, white sun-shelf loungers, these are the PERFECT chairs to get the same effect without dropping that kind of money. If you have a pool with an 8”-10” deep sun shelf and you want to be in the water and not hovering above it, trust me—these are going to fit the bill better than a regular deck chaise. They’re almost comically low to the ground on land but in the pool, your bum and your feet will be in the water. It’s great. They unintentionally made the only pool sun shelf lounger that’s affordable by making such a low chair. You can’t beat it for the price.Assembly was not a problem, started with the cross bars and left everything loose until it was all together. The missing bolt was annoying but not the end of the world. They seem sturdy even though they’re really light to maneuver, and I think the mesh will hold up to the dog if he happens to jump in one of them (even though he knows he’s not allowed lol).PROS:They look coolInexpensiveSo far they seem really sturdyLight, easy to move aroundErgonomic, so you’re not completely submergedAdjustable backThe pillow is surprisingly useful at the neck and lower backTruly not as difficult to assemble as others make it seemTable isn’t something I’d have shopped for but we love itCONS: (I’m being really picky to even come up with cons)Hardware - Lots of extra washers but one missing bolt. Not stackableDoesn’t lay completely flat - if you plan on laying on your stomach, this probably won’t be comfortable unless you bolster where the seat slopes down with a beach towel, but it’s not a dealbreaker

Not easy to assemble and they are small!
The chairs were not at all easy to put together. It was only a four or five step process but it was difficult. A lot of the parts did not line up and the instructions just were not that good. I don’t feel confident they are sturdy enough to last. The worst part is that they just are so small, they seem like they are made for kids. And when you sit in them they slide on the cement. Such a bummer because they looked good on the advertisement.

Reports of complexity in the assembly process are greatly exaggerated.
The chairs are decent quality. Good for the price. They feel a little light but I have no complaints. I was a bit nervous to attempt assembly after reading that other buyers struggled but it was pretty routine and mundane. I spent about 10 minutes doing an ol' RTFM and then jumped right in. Huge emphasis on putting the screws in loosely and then tightening everything up at the end. By loosely I don't mean almost ready to be tightened, I mean like just enough that the threads have caught hold of each other and the screw won't fall out. It took about 90 minutes to assemble all three pieces, no extra people needed. I've included a photo. Yes I'm aware my stucco needs work.

DON'T DO IT
IF you can get someone to figure out how to assemble it be prepared for an unpleasant experience.. Instructions were worst than most..NONE of the bolts were cut properly due to POOR quality with no ability to thread into holes. When the chairs were done we laughed and then cried about the money wasted because you are sitting inches off the ground? You had better be able to do squats effortlessly because you will be trying to get in and out from the ground. Think beach chairs...

Good for the price. Assembly is a nightmare.
Now that I have these chairs assembled I believe that they are good value for the price. It was not obvious when we purchased (although it is now) that the chairs can not go fully flat, so you can not lie on your stomach with these chairs. However, that being said they are very comfortable and the price was certainly right. On to the assembly. The instructions are difficult to follow and it took me a little while to decipher what to do. I've put together a lot of furniture in my time and putting these chairs together was an experience. At one point I needed three people holding and contorting to get everything to connect up the way it's supposed to. I did get it done, though. Total assembly time was about 4 hours for both chairs and the table.
