Excellent broth for hot pot
I use this as broth for Mille-Feuille Nabe (Japanese hot pot that layers Napa cabbage and sliced pork belly).Excellent flavor, not too salty, none of the MSG flavor of cheap bullion.

When I’m in a rush, this is an excellent way to make dashi without the fuss. Great product.

Made in Japan with no added garbage
Take a look at the instant dashi products and Amazon and you’ll notice most contain some artificial preservative or chemical you can’t pronounce….maltodextrin, starch decomposition product (what?), etc. Not this one….if you want fast Dashi without any crap, buy this. You’re welcome.
