Used these for about 2 weeks postpartum while I gained back control of my blatter. Very comfortable and felt secure. No scent. Peak pregnancy weight was 156 lbs, size medium fit well, with extra room. Possibly could have gotten away with size small as my postpartum belly shrank quicker than expected.

I first tried Depend Fresh. They were so uncomfortable and didn't fit right at all in the padded part. They were VERY long and hung down my thighs. Decided to give the brand another try and so very glad I did. This style fits! Just like I am wearing underwear with a pad. So comfortable in comparison between the two styles. I had an accident overnight, and these silhouettes held up and absorbed fully and didn't feel bulky. Re ordered immediately. I am a size 16 and the M are the right fit. One thing I want to add about the absorbency. These are thin so I am making a good guess they are not for a very heavy flow over a cup. The Depend Fresh demonstrate they hold 2 cups of liquid and the pad is much thicker.

These are the most comfortable briefs I have ever had!! They’re silky, rather than being ribbed and scratchy! The quality performance and absorbency were excellent and I highly recommend them! There was nothing I disliked about them.

This whole product area is shockingly unsatisfactory. I've tried everything and nothing is reliable. This product is probably best for daytime.This product can absorb a fair amount of liquid, but ive found it foolish to "depend" on the most absorbent version for much more than 3 hours in the daytime (moving around: walking, sitting etc).When you stand up or cough or even laugh (if you can manage to laugh with incontinence that ruins your life), urine squirts out of the leg openings or is forced up the back beyond the padding and leaks. After sitting for a few hours, when you shift your weight in your chair some of that supposedly "locked in" moisture squeezes out as if from a sponge and gets on your clothes and furniture.You can wear it overnight if you use extra protection (pad or another layered-on underwear) as long as you also have a bed pad to deal with leaks. (pro tip: use the real fabric washable pads; the plastic disposable ones are slippery on the non-absorbent side. Stick-on tabs do not work for me. They must be for paralyzed people or dogs. If you move normally in bed they will slip and scrunch into clumps.) Even if the underwear has not leaked while you were lying down, when you sit up in order to stand up, your weight will squeeze urine out onto the bed.

These were perfect for controlling leakage, and the size was perfect. They stretch, which is nice and they don't add bulk when you're wearing pants or a skirt. The price here on Amazon is also a lot. Cheaper than you will find in stores. If you pass heavy clots, these are also the best ones to get.

These are great. They are comfortable, not bulky, and absorb well. Bit pricey however worth it.

In my opinion they are the best you can purchase. They stand up to wearing, are comfortable, and when pads are put in them and changed several times they do not fall apart.
