Very reliable and sturdy
Great watch for everyday use. Keeps great time, easily adjusted, comfortable. I have been in a lot of water (salt, chlorine, lake) and it hasn't missed a beat.The only couple of downers are that the numbers on the unidirectional bezel have all but disappeared after a few months leaving the orange plastic a bit exposed and overdone and the steel on the top of the case is brushed, but on the sides it's glossy - it just cheapens the feel and look of it a bit, but these are minor things. I have thought about swapping the bezel out with a black one if they are available just to 'toughen' it back up again.The glass is amazing, it has taken some pretty hard knocks but is still super clear and solid. The hands also glow really well. After sleeping in a pitch black room with my watch on, I can wake up hours later and easily read the hands in the dark. I've paid way more for watches that claim to do this and been really disappointed.For less than $100 Australian dollars shipped to my door, it is awesome. I'm dubious about it's original listed price and I'm also not sure if the 'swiss made' refers to the mechanism inside or in fact it was made in Switzerland, but at the discount price, it's not really an issue, and so far, it is performing like a well oiled machine.The band is super comfortable too. I used to only wear steel bands, but this is solid, flexible and cinches up perfectly on my arm.People always comment on it, perhaps because of the colour, but it is a very practical timepiece. The Chrono is also extremely easy to start and reset and has a solid, accurate feel to it.All up, it was a great buy and the shipping and service from Amazon was exceptional!
