Q: I sleep in my crew cab truck at night how much cooling would this provide?

There are thousands of people using the MightyKool that use them for sleeping, as that is the main reason most people invest in them. By the way your truck will still start after using the K2 all night long on your vehicle battery.

Q: Can it be used in a moving vehicle?

Yes, just keep the water level half of less and it will cool a vehicle, however it will provide relief to one or two people or pets when set up properly. Just let us know if you order what your needs are. Of course, we always recommend that you repair your vehicle A/C if it is broken, if at all possible and if it never had A/C we can help.

Q: How long is the cord?

The cord is 10 feet long and plugs into a 12-volt power outlet in all vehicle, which used to be called a cigarette lighter plug in. For people that just use a battery you can find an item that clamps on the battery and has a power outlet on the other end to plug into & available. Other items are the gel batteries called eight Power Stations or Jump Start batteries, which have a built in charger and a power outlet built in with an easy to carry handle, which weight about 20 pounds so easy to handle. All these items are normally available at all discount box stores, plus Amazon.

When it is only 90 degrees the output air will be 10 to 15 degrees cooler depending on what part of the USA you are located.
