A few years ago we installed two of these around our English garden to fight off the deer eating our Hibiscus and Roses. They worked so well that we ordered 8 more to run the length of our driveway to protect our Lilly's that have been otherwise attacked until we installed these.They have multiple sensitivity settings - we blast it. Multiple Light Strobing effects as well as some sort of SONIC sound. I am not sure which effect stops the deer from eating, but I do know they work.ONE WARNING.. <y Son who is autistic and age 24 can HEAR the sonic clicks or whistle, where my wife and I can not. It is probably an age thing - but be advised based on what setting you set it at, when younger folk walk by them they may ask -- what the heck is the sound - and you may be like -- what sound?We would purchase again -- the solar batteries lasted on the first set about 4 or 5 years.

All that I asked of these was that they work. I knew they weren't great. I knew I wouldn't like how the controls work, but had no problem looking past that if they worked. If you throw away the instructions, you will never remember what the difference is between setting 3 and 4. (or any setting.) They seemed to work fine for a few weeks and then noticed they weren't turning on. Played with one for a while and it worked one more time. Haven't seen them work since.

THESE UNITS SEEMED TO WORK JUST FINE AFTER THE INITIAL CHARGE~UP. BUT AFTER A COUPLE OF WEEKS THEY SEEMED TO STOP WORKING NO MATTER WHAT I DID.

It worked to keep my dogs away but wasn’t motion activating, it emits the ultrasonic sound on a regular basis. I only want one that emits when motion is detected, not constant.

I have had this product for almost a year to deter cats. It has never worked, I constantly ( once a week) bring it in to recharge but is also supposed to be solar. I tried positioning it better for more sun contact, turning up and down, charging overnight. Nothing works, I can hear it on and a semi motion flash but deters nothing and maybe just a dud. Waist of money.

I didn't think this product would work, but it does. It actually keep away everything from birds, rodents, cats, dogs, snakes, etc. I purchased a total of 6. Five are placed in my front yard, and one is placed in my back yards. I keep it on the highest frequency so that inconsiderate neighbors walking their dogs won't walk on my lawn; let alone poop or pee on my lawn, b/c the animals can hear and avoid walking near the high frequency

I literally watched the stray cat just walk right by this and it went off and the cat didn't even jump. After a few weeks the unit quit working. It was past the return timeframe, so this was a waste of money.Every once in a while, if I turn the dial, I can get it to work again then it stops. I live in AZ so the sun/solar is not the issue.

We purchased the Phosooy Ultrasonic Animal Repeller, 2 Pack to stop an annoying squirrel from coming onto the deck triggering our alarm system. We placed each device in a flowerpot. For 2-3 months our alarm has not been triggered and the squirrels are nowhere to be seen. We definitely will order again and highly recommend them to anyone who want to safely keep animals away. Be sure to read the directions for maximum use. We were skeptical but, desperate for a solution and ordered the pack; we are not disappointed at all. They really do work!!
