Great price. Easy to store and blow up
You get what you pay for. Great price. Easy to store and blow up. I wasn't looking for something that will last forever. If it makes it through this one flight, it's exactly what I wanted.

It's a nice product, but not for me.
It's well made and inflates easily. Apparently I'm just a lot pickier about my pillows. When fully blown up, it was too firm. When deflated a little it was squishy. I think I just move around too much when I sleep. I used it for backpacking. I gave it to my hiking partner and she loved it! It's lightweight and folds up real small too. Has a suede like finish so it's not slippery. Great for the price.

I do not buying online for all the trouble you have to put up with and poor quality. It all about quantity
Cheap , cheap , cheap. This reinforces my theory that online purchasing is too often a scam of Made in China low quality products.Couldn't even open the valve to inflate air in it after 20 minutes. I finally go some air using a toothpick! I thought that ToolUSA perhaps had more quality products than other Chinese site but it's again the usual ToolChina. I do not like buying online for all the trouble you have to put up with and poor quality. It all about quantity, poor quality and delivery fees. I would pay more for a locally made quality product. To top it off the Seller does not even advertise the correct dimension. It is not 11 x 18 but 9.5 x 15! If they can't get that right that says it all.Seller messaged me following my message above asking me how I wanted to resolve the matter. I return the ball back in their court and they sent a link for me to offer me to return the item. After I wasted another 15 minutes of my time on this online return system, I ended up with a message saying that my items was not eligible for a return!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SUPPLIER!

Works OK
I lost a pillow that looked & felt just like this, that I use when I'm a car or airplane passenger . This one is easier to inflate (because I don't have to pinch the tube while inflating) & easier to uninflate (because you don't have to pinch to uninflate). It's actually too easy to let the air out...if you're head is leaning on it too heavy, the plastic stopper might pop out of the tube. You have to push the stopper in all the way to make sure this doesn't happen. Also, make sure you don't overinflate, especially on a plane. 1) it can become uncomfortable & 2) it expands as the plane gains altitude (yes, even in pressurized cabins). A little overpriced, as I found one a dollar cheaper, but for 5 or 6 bucks, I wouldn't worry.I noticed that some people said it wouldn't inflate or uniflate. You just have to know to pinch the tube on some of them & not to overinflate.

only first class has pillows these days
bought a couple of these for two long round-trip flights my girlfriend and i took. stacked them strategicly against the window (in conjunction with a laptop case and a giant purse) in order to make a sleeping couch. worked great. neighbors across the isle tried to duplicate our arrangement and OF COURSE the plane had no pillows. this is 2014. anyway, these things fold up TINY. three fit in my laptop bag. one complaint: they are very hard to blow up-- but when facing a 4 hour flight, what else ya gonna do?

Inflatable travel neck pillow:
We purchased two of these pillows for our trip overseas. The pillows were relatively comfortable. On the way to Europe, one of the pillows deflated. The seam had developed a small hole so we were unable to use it further. Recommendations on the package had suggested that the pillow not be fully filled with air so we had filled it approximately two-thirds full. When it was less than that amount, it was too squishy to be comfortable. Apparently, it popped because there was too much air. We did not realize that there was a hole because of the quantity of air, so it took the trip back and a replay of the incident to decide that having too much air was the problem. The pillows are inexpensive and you get what you pay for. If you choose to buy one of these pillows, follow the directions precisely for the recommended amount of air-I'm not sure now what it is at this point. It may not be comfortable with the suggested amount of air. Also, realize that this pillow will probably not be long-lasting.

Love this pillow for backpacking
So light, it weighs almost nothing and packs to a miniscule size. I have neck issues and have made my home pillow so that the back of my head sits flat on the bed with a neck roll to support my neck. This little inflatable works exactly the same. Laying flat on my back, my head rests in the "hole" directly on my sleeping mat when I'm backpacking. The side parts keep my head from rolling and I put the other edge under my neck for support. Awesome! Blows up fast.My husband who doesn't have any neck issues wants one of these for our next backpacking trip. Will work better than stuffing a sack with a sweatshirt.I plan to take this on my next airplane trip. So much easier than the bulky travel pillows. At this price and functionality, it's a winner!

Decent, inexpensive neck pillow. I use it in tandem with another
I use this in conjunction with another softer neck pillow with a strap to close the ends. It acts as a great variable support to boost the more comfortable pillow to just the right height for desired support.By itself, it's a fine inexpensive neck pillow. There's no method of keeping the air in while the valve is open, so I typically just fill it with one big breath and pinch off the valve with my fingers as I slip the stopper back in. The material isn't all that soft, but workable. The seams could kind of be annoying, the way they poke out.
