Better than flossing!
I haven't stopped using it since I got it 2 days ago......removes food from your teeth better than brushing or flossing..........makes the gums feel great.Word of caution, be careful with the plastic covering in the back (where you pour the water into it), the cover is poorly made and fell off the next day I rec'd it. I had to struggle to snap it back into place, without breaking it.....I kept the box in case I need to return it, the box states "500 Day Warranty". it comes with 4 tips and manufacturer states the tips must be replaced every 6 months. I have to check if replacement tips are available on Amazon!

Not great. Don’t expect a long working lifespan.
Summary: works fine at first, but loses pressure pretty quickly, has some crucial-but-easily-misplaced parts, and simply dies after a year of normal once-a-day use. There’s better options.I’ve had two of this exact model. They were fine out of the box, but neither of them lasted more than about a year with roughly once-daily use. I think the casing may not be watertight enough. The flosser charges with a power cord, and won’t turn on while plugged in (which is good). When in use, there’s a little rubber insert to stick in the charge port, to keep water out. Unfortunately, this insert is not attached in any way to the flosser, so it’s extremely easy to lose. I did, in fact, lose the one for my first copy of this model. More on that shortly. When the first flosser stopped working, I took it apart, and discovered that some funky green corrosion had built up on the circuit board beneath the charger port. That, I assumed, was my bad, because I had been using it uncovered and just cleaning any water out of the socket afterward. I think I must’ve been forcing water back into the casing, through the little holes in the plastic through which the metal prongs of the charging port protrude.Anyway, I got another one after that. This time I made sure not to lose the rubber insert, and have used it faithfully each and every time. Sadly, this copy has just stopped working too. No idea why, and I don’t really feel like opening it up to investigate. The water capacity is also very low. You will probably find yourself running out mid-floss, at least at first. My normal routine became to fill the tank once, do my top row of teeth, then fill it again for the bottom, and that did take some getting used to.Hm. Maybe this flosser dies because the pump doesn’t automatically shut off when the tank is empty. Water-pump-motors can supposedly damage themselves if they try to pump air. Also, the little rubber gasket that seals the tank when the lid is closed does fall off sometimes. It can be put back on, but it’s clear/white and small, and can be difficult to find.In conclusion, this product is extremely average out of the box, and it will not last terribly long.

Love it - recommended!
We have a countertop Waterpik and are always miss it when traveling. Before taking a multi-month trip, we bought this. It's been about a year of near constant use due to extensive travel and it's doing great. The battery still holds a charge for a couple of weeks at least (2 tank fills per use, 5-8x uses a week depending on whether one or two of us is on the trip). You can feel it get a bit weaker and that's when I recharge it. It's plenty powerful - I do not use it on high. I fill the reservoir twice to cover my whole mouth (the reservoir is a bit small due to it being portable.) I haven't been using it in the shower so I can't comment on that functionality. The weak link for me is the door flap. It came off in transport once and now doesn't really fit back on right. I am afraid to force it for fear of breaking the small plastic pieces that hook it on and it still works fine although a tiny bit of water leaks out. I am still rating it a 5 as the flap seems designed to be removable - I'm just being super cautious. The purple is just fun :)

Works Really Well
I'm really pleased with this purchase. The flosser works well and holds a charge for several days. I travel a lot and I like the rechargable flosser better than the battery powered one I used previously. This does the job quite well even though the tank doesn't hold enough water for a thorough floss, but refilling is quick and not a serious issue.I highly recommend this for frequent travelers. BTW, I also got the carrying case and that works really well. Now I can just grab the case and use the flosser without having to go through my make-up kit.

Clean Mouth - No Mess - No Fuss
Love this... Charge has lasted for over two weeks of two cycles daily. Just enough pressure to make my teeth and gums clean. I use it daily in the shower or the bath - avoids water dripping down my face at the sink. The tank does require two fills to get my whole mouth, but it is very easy to fill from the bath faucet or shower spray. I hope my hygienist loves it as much as I do the next time I go in for a cleaning.

Best purchase eva
My dentist recommended I get a water flosser. This has been one of my best buys on Amazon. My teeth feel cleaner. I'm able to get food particles from between my teeth effortlessly and best of all...I have little plaque on my teeth. My gums are healthier. I over all love it. I recommend this product. No more string flossing for me!!!

Stopped Working, Turns Itself On
Barely a month old, started turning itself on and off randomly. When this first happened I had left some water in the reservoir and it sprayed all over my bathroom. Now I leave it empty but I've seen the lights come on on their own. Buttons no longer work. Please don't waste your money, I'd return if it wasn't two days past the first 30 days. My best guess is it couldn't handle the humidity of our bathroom since I didn't get it wet. NOT WATERPROOF/FAULTY.

Lets just say this thing takes some practice. First ...
Lets just say this thing takes some practice. First rule, use it outside if you've never used one before. Second, start with soft. And thirdly, if that fails just hold onto it and use it as a weapon in case of burglary. Fill it with mouthwash, put it on full blast and aim for the eyes.
