Keeps the skin moist
A nice balancing water that I love to use right after showering to keep the skin moist. My skin drinks this up like water and it really helps prep my skin well for the subsequent skin care items I use. This product is also great on my sensitive skin and doesn't cause any allergic reactions. Love the smell of the gingseng too. Gives such a luxurious feel to the balancing water.

A DREAM FOR DRY SKIN
Sulwhasoo Essential Comfort Balancing Water:I love this toner. It sinks in quickly and helps to plump up fine lines and smooth out any uneven skin texture. It feels like water but it is so soothing and it immediately dries down. You really need to use a good cream on top of this to lock in the moisture. It feels wonderful and the scent is minimal but clean. This comes in a safety-sealed glass bottle with a pour dispenser and contains 150ml. It is made in Korea and expires in 5.24 but should be used within 12 months of opening.-JAUM Moisturizing Complex™: Nourishes skin with hydrating herbs, yam, and arrowroot flowers.Key IngredientsAntioxidant: Portulaca Oleracea Extract, TocopherolSkin-identical ingredient: GlycerinSoothing: Honey/Mel/Miel, Portulaca Oleracea Extract, Biosaccharide Gum-1, Beta-GlucanALL INGREDIENTS BY FUNCTIONAntimicrobial/antibacterial: Alcohol Denat, Honey/Mel/MielBuffering: Potassium HydroxideChelating: Disodium EDTAEmollient: PEG/PPG-17/6 Copolymer, Glycereth-26, Bis-PEG-18 Methyl Ether Dimethyl SilaneEmulsifying: PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor OilMoisturizer/humectant: Betaine, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, Glycereth-26, Bis-PEG-18 Methyl Ether Dimethyl Silane, Propanediol, Honey/Mel/Miel, Biosaccharide Gum-1, Pentylene Glycol, Beta-GlucanPerfuming: Fragrance/Parfum, Limonene, LinaloolPreservative: EthylhexylglycerinSolvent: Water/Aqua/Eau, Alcohol Denat, Butylene Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol, PEG/PPG-17/6 Copolymer, Propanediol, Limonene, Pentylene GlycolSurfactant/cleansing: PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Bis-PEG-18 Methyl Ether Dimethyl SilaneViscosity controlling: Alcohol Denat, Glyceryl Polymethacrylate, Glycereth-26, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate CrosspolymerWater/Aqua/Eau, Alcohol Denat., Betaine, Butylene Glycol, Glyceryl Polymethacrylate, Glycerin, 1,2-Hexanediol, PEG/PPG-17/6 Copolymer, Glycereth-26, PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Bis-PEG-18 Methyl Ether Dimethyl Silane, Propanediol, Honey/Mel/Miel, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Ziziphus Jujuba Fruit Extract, Ethylhexylglycerin, Diphenylsiloxy Phenyl Trimethicone, Portulaca Oleracea Extract, Dioscorea Japonica Root Extract, Crataegus Pinnatifida Fruit Extract, Potassium Hydroxide, Fragrance/Parfum, Disodium EDTA, Limonene, Biosaccharide Gum-1, Pentylene Glycol, Narcissus Tazetta Bulb Extract, Pueraria Thunbergiana Flower/Leaf/Stem Extract, Morus Alba Leaf Extract, Linalool, Rehmannia Glutinosa Root Extract, Glycyrrhiza Uralensis (Licorice) Root Extract, Paeonia Lactiflora Root Extract, Lilium Candidum Bulb Extract, Polygonatum Odoratum Rhizome Extract, Nelumbo Nucifera Flower Extract, Tocopherol, Beta-Glucan.

My wife loves it!
I was looking for something nice to get my wife, and came across this. I'd never heard of the brand, but, after researching, I found that they are a higher end brand. We live in Utah, and so we're often dealing with dry skin. My wife is constantly putting on lotion, for instance.Being a man, I have to admit, I didn't fully understand what this was. My wife seemed excited when she got it. It does come in a large glass bottle, so it Is heavy. We have tile in our bathroom, so I was a little concerned about it falling and dropping sometime. That has yet to have happened, thankfully. My wife seems to like how it feels as she has used it. It is more thick, so she has had some trouble getting it out of the bottle, at times. She had an extra pump handy that she has ended up just sticking in to get the product out easier. It would have been nice if one had been included with the glass bottle. I can't say I've noticed much of a difference with her skin in comparison to other products she's used. This one seems to be a keeper, for her, however, and she's been using it ever since.

This toner helps tighten skin making it smoother
At first when I tried the Sulwhasoo Essential Comfort Balancing Water, it felt as if it was drying my skin, but within a few days, it seems that my skin is tighter and even more hydrated than it was before. My skin is smoothing out and has nice glowing, non-oily shine that I've not had since I was much younger. This toner has a fresh, slightly astringent scent. Unlike other toners I've tried, it has some substance and is less like a liquid and more of a serum. It only takes a few drops to cover my face and neck. The bottle is quite large, so this will last a long time. The bottle itself is gorgeous. It is glass and has a beautiful, sparkling coating. This looks and works like a luxury product should. While the price is high, it is justifiable. The quality of this is stellar.

Nice toner
This toner comes in a beautiful frosted glass bottle. The consistency is more like a watered down serum. You dispense it through a shaker top. I shake a few drops onto my fingertips and apply it directly to my face. As this toner is pricey, you don't want to lose half of it to a cotton pad. It has a light lemon scent.I've used this alone after cleansing, and it adds moisture all on its own. This is perfect for me, as I live in the southwest desert region of the U.S., and during our hot summers I don't like a heavy moisturizer. I've been using this toner for two weeks now, along with my regular moisturizer, and my skin is softer. Really nice product.

Fancy!
I'm very simple when it comes to my skincare routines. At 43, I have some crows feet that I'm not fond of, but have never been interested in complicated skincare routines. This is probably the most expensive moisturizer I've tried. I've used Clinique and drugstore brands for years. I'm very skeptical that any skincare product makes any difference in the development (or not) of wrinkles. What I can say about this product is that it feels great on my skin, has a very light scent, and my skin look fantastic immediately after using. My makeup looks so much better compared to use with other moisturizers. I'm impressed and checking out other products by this manufacturer. Maybe I need a skincare routine after all!
