I'll start with the bad pointsThe tongue is very thin so if you like your laces tight, you'll feel them accross the top of your foot (Nike since rectified this in the next version of these).They are quite slippery on wet roads when they have started to wear.Apart from the two issues listed above, I got these to use as gravel trail running trainers and they were fantastic. The grip in loose gravel is great and they are VERY comfortable. Almost too plush so if you like your running trainers firm, I'd avoid these. I'm currently up to around 500km of running with these and the grip has worn (as expected). The only time I do not use these is in wet weather or when the roads are damp. I find the grip design causes them to be slippery on wet stone/concrete. But great on loose trails.

These trainers ripped my heels to shreds. This brand is normally good but these are not comfortable at all, especially heel part.

These are really comfortable shoes. I use them for rucking when I carry around my weighted bag for 5 miles or for about 1.5 hours. My feet stay comfortable even with the extra weight on my shoulders. Usually when I ruck I wear hiking boots and by the end of the workout, my feet are very sore. That doesnt happen in these because there is alot of cushioning. They are true to size and they are very light weight but seem rugged as well. The grip seems very decent. I really like the design and color of the shoe that I bought. Recommended!
