Updated review (5 stars):I have changed my review from 1 start to 5 stars because seller offered a full refund of the product's cost. I offered to return the product, but they did not require it. Quoting them:"Thank you for getting in touch. I have issued a full refund and there is no need to return the product. We are sorry that our product did not work for you on this occasion and please do not hesitate to contact us if we can help your further."Even though the pillow did not fit me at all, the fact I was able to get a refund (with or without the return) this late in the game indicates great customer service, which means that customer will be satisfied whether the product works or not -- and thus 5 stars.Original review (1 star):Just nope. Horrible on the neck, pushes your face on the cheeks. Absoeffinlutely no.

Perfect
The perfect pillow for face down sleeping/resting after eye surgery. The cool bamboo cover is very comfortable. It is also easy to remove, wash and air dry. The memory foam cushion means it doesnât collapse overnight. There is also a drawstring to pull the two âhornsâ closer together for the ultimate comfort.
