Interesting information.
CBT or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a tool which psychologists and other therapists can use to treat patients with a wide variety of disorders. This small book by Rebeca Franks explains what CBT is, and how it works, in terms and clear language that the lay person can understand. Interesting information, for anyone, but especially for someone whose loved one is undergoing therapy.

a valuable CBT guidebook
My sister is a social worker in the mental health field and recommended this book after I told her I thought I was becoming our father. I found it to be very helpful and empowering. I was looking to make a few changes and there is no fluff here. Actionable and valuable. Anyone who has been told that medication and therapy are the only options, should check this out.
