Body mind boost!
I started taking this product a year or so ago and I am happy I found these brain pills. It took about 4 days for me to start noticing a change in my focus during work. I used to have trouble focusing for more than an hour at a time. I would have to get up and walk around. I have been taking them ever since and havent had many issues with focusing. it works good for me, give it a try.
