LOVE this knife! It's perfect for produce. I have a larger one of the same design, the handle positioning really does make a difference. I am glad I got this smaller one for things like peaches and onions. Very lightweight and small enough to be kept in with the regular silverware to be found quickly. Good stuff!***Update 11/11/2015 I have been using this knife for months now and just ordered two more. It's become my go to knife for meal preparation. It's still like brand new, sharp and the handle is in mint condition.***Update 8/6/20...have been using these knives for over 5 years now and still love! I just ordered two more because my family uses them and put in the dishwasher so never enough in the drawer for me! Highly recommend. The only knives for me! Sharp serrated blade, and lightweight offset handle make this very easy to use. I often grab it over the more expensive knives in the block for cutting vegetables and bread. Super handy!

I purchased this to slice soft fruits and vegetables like tomatoes, but it just rips them to pieces and digs quickly into the plastic cutting board even without much pressure. To me, this is not a usable kitchen knife. Maybe it has some kind of unknown specialized application, but it doesn't work for me.

Very very sharp was looking for a off set knife for smaller jobs of cutting, slicing veggies small breads & sandwiches. You'll be surprised at how sharp this knife is, handle with care.
