I have a new iPad Mini 7th generation and this fits it like a glove. The product information on fit need# updating,. It is a Durable, protective cover. Never damaged my iPad anytime I’ve accidentally dropped mine. As for the stand, I’m not sure why people are complaining about the case not standing up? I’ve been using these cases for all my iPads for several years and have never had any issue with that …if it’s used properly. Tablets aren’t cheap and I won’t waste money buying another brand or style of case to protect my investment now that I’ve been using the STM’s. My wife uses them too. Not super easy to remove to clean but becomes more manageable with practice, gentle pressure and care.

Cover stand issue…People have returned this cover and complain about the cove/stand issue….saying that it will not stand on its cover without collapsing and falling over.I thought too and was pretty unhappy with it until I notice the two little molded in “hooks” or clips that are molded into the back of the main case. When the top lip of the cover catches under the clips, it hold the cover from sliding, and it stands perfectly. The little clips pretty small and not mentioned anywhere it the STM literature that I could find. Give it a try

These cases are great; good grip, protects you ipad when you drop it. Unfortunately, if you don’t have a pen/stylus, you are stuck with the holder, which frankly makes it harder to hold while using it.

I bought this case so i could use it with my keyboard. The case feels and looks really nice. The main thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t stay standing up like it does in the picture. It’s not easy to make it stand up and if I do get it to work, any light tap will knock the ipad over! I’m definitely returning this. There are other cases that do stand up like it was advertised in the photo.
