Bone Conduction = Gimmick, Open-Ear Concept = YES!
I like it, but with some caveats. It is a bit of a tight fit up front and will require just a wee bit of flexing to loosen it. This is by design however, so it does not fall off your head. Second, some people with either really clogged ear canals or just skin around the ears may not like the vibration caused when the headphones produce a bass effect. It tickles and can actually be quite irritating (my ears haven't been cleaned in a while and the vibration in there is excruciating at max volume). For music, it may be kind of ticklish around the ears and/or too loud for people around you. It is particularly well suited for listening to conversation/speech, at lower volumes. At full volume playing music, these output as much sound as my Sony in-ear headphones while being held at arms length away so do not expect this to be a silent option for listening to music in quiet areas such as the bedroom (spouse) or in a public environment (library). For purposes of being able to listen to something, anything, while being able to hear the sirens and warnings around you, this is an absolute must. I absolutely love the open ear concept. Audio quality compared to an in-ear/over-ear headset is analogous to the difference between FM quality sound and CD quality sound. It's tolerable if you are not too picky. I've been wearing it for the past hour and have not entirely made up my mind if I want to return it or not. I'm at 60/40 keeping it so far. I mostly listen to news, talk radio, and what-not, so this might work for me.

the battery on these is poor, and no longer how long I charge them- ...
Update:2 stars to 4. After a lot of back and forth, customer service did replace my headphones. Customer service could have been better, but the outcome was good., and the headphones themselves are good- if not quite great.Original review:The headphones work well in terms of sound quality, mic quality, and comfort. I am a small adult, and many headphones fit me poorly and I cannot wear in-ear headphones. However, the battery on these is poor, and no longer how long I charge them- or with which charger- they give me a "low battery" warning every time I turn them on, and the charge doesn't last nearly as long as similar wireless headphones I own.I reached out for assistance, with a more detailed explanation than above, and was told that I needed to charge them to avoid this problem. Very helpful. After reaching out again, I was told that they would get back to me after the 8th day holiday and I should remind them to do so. When I asked for clarification, they informed me that there were some holidays in China, and that I could also try replacing the wire.So far, unimpressed with both the clarity and quality of their customer service, as well as the underlying issue of the battery. I'll update if anything else comes up.UPDATE: 3 weeks laterI've reached out to them twice again, and both times they asked me vague questions; once asking me to "fold them a picture," and try charging the device, and another time asking me if the port light was bright or not very bright. The device still works, but the charge seems to be lasting less and less time. In addition, the volume on the device *appears* to be decreasing. This may due to other factors, but I'm afraid that this is another issue with these headphones.

Don't waste your money
Short version: It does not work.Explanation: After charging for a day and a half, I tried to pair it with my phone, the signal wasn't strong enough even while it was literally sitting on top of my phone and then it ran out of charge after having messed with it for half an hour. Then because I didn't see how long it had been since I purchased it, I wasn't able to qualify for a refund even though the product never worked because I couldn't ship it back in time. It may sound like a good idea because it's a reasonable price, but it doesn't work and will give you nothing more than a headache.

Don't follow the instructions included with the headphones
I was actually in the process of returning the headphones because the instructions that came with the headphones were incorrect and I was unable to get the pairing to work. I didn't really want to return them - I just wanted them to work. At the last minute, I decided to go back to the order page and saw the correct instructions under "product description (hold the power button on for 6 sec.). I was able to easily pair my device to the headphones. I also saw that I was supposed to get "1 pcs Silicone tension band" - instead, I received a pair of foam ear plugs. I haven't had a chance to do test run with the headphones, but I think they'll be fine for use on my walks.

Hard plastic headband with no flex won't last.
For me the sound quality was pretty good. But like some others have pointed out the battery life wasn't very good. Also, after 2 and half months, the back of the headband is breaking. The hard plastic of the band doesn't last long since it isn't particularly flexible. Personally I'd recommend the KSCAT Bone Conduction Headphones Bluetooth V4.1 Earphones IPX6 Waterproof Wireless Titanium Open-ear Bluetooth Stereo Headphones over these, or pay the extra money and get aftershokz trekz titanium headphones. Both ot these are much more durable and better battery life.

Not for large heads
So here's the deal: these headphones are in no way adjustable. If you have a larger head (my hat size is 8) then this product will not fit you properly. I like the concept, these headphones are loud enough and would seem to have pretty good sound if they fit properly. If you have a large head, avoid these headphones.

why aren't they adjustable?!
does not adjust. if you have a noggin that's the same size as the one in the pic, then this will work. if you have a big head, they'll settle right over your ears... doing no kind of bone conduction whatsoever. why aren't they adjustable?! Even the cheap headphones we used in elementary school computers were adjustable.

Meeting Expectations
Item is as per description. Bone Conduction technology is quite different from conventional headphones. I wanted to buy this to use it as a Bluetooth device to attend/make calls without blocking my ears or ignoring my surroundings for the safety. It is not for loud Music lovers, but you would get significant surround sound in normal situations (No public or Noisy place).Pairing with mobile : 5Connectivity : 4Mic : Less effective in public place, due to location of MIC.Not sure of battery back up.
