Smokey Mountain Snuff - 6 Can Sampler Pack (Grape + Peach + Cherry)

I've been chewing for nearly 30 years. I typically chew Skoal Long Cut. The honest truth, not lying, not crazy.....this stuff is better than I thought! It's not nasty. It tastes good. It packs like Skoal, feels like it, and it looks like it. This is the best "alternative" I've every seen or tried.Now, what is different? Obviously no nicotine but for me 90% is physical habit. The flavors are not a dead match. They're not as strong as real chew. So if you normally use something like Peach, this will be a little flatter of a taste. Also, since there is obviously no tobacco in it, you can definitely tell that is missing. Tried both, side by side, I think this is missing maybe some more salt?? Tobacco chew has a salty taste to it and this does not. There is salt in the ingredients but I think with maybe a little more salt added to the ingredients this could match it better.If you want to come off chew slowly, you CAN also mix this with real stuff. It mixes together very well. So you might want to start with 50/50 then work your way down to less tobacco.Overall very impressed. The other thing I wish they had in this 6 can deal? Your choice of flavors for real. I know the description says "your choice" but you get only these 6 cans in these flavors. I want to pick my own. To purchase them single is $7 which is too steep in my opinion. $4 is about my limit.

Best packing and flavor combination Ive found for those that like to leave dip in for long periods of time. However, there are often sharp pieces of root and some sharp nuggets. Ive gone through 3 rolls over a couple months and my tongue has constantly gotten canker-like sores due to it being pricked. Worth it to me to not be using tobacco, but still very irritating.

As stated most people use this to ween themselves off real chew. I have been chewing for more years than I care to admit, probably 30+. Figured it was time.My ONLY complaint is this stuff tears the HELL out or your gums and inside lip. 30+ yrs of multiple brands and never has my inside gums been even remotely sore. Was doing a can a day of Copenhagen during D/S and never had this issue.Not sure what's in there that tears your gums, Anyone else have this issue?

I have been chewing beechnut for over ten years, and this got me right off it. I know the texture isn’t similar to loose leaf but just having it there in my mouth gave me that push through the craving days. I think it has a lot to do with how much you chew tobacco and how sick of it or how motivated you are to quit. I think this stuff is great for just enjoying, maybe you could mix it slowly into your regular chew. I liked the grape and peach. I eventually liked the cherry and it had a nice burn. I want to try the mints next.

Best thing I have tried so far to help me quit traditional dip.TASTE=8 I believe its more of the lack of nicotine then lack of flavor however still tastes goodTEXTURE=6 Its close to long cut but still goes all around your mouth and doesn't always hold together in the pocket. WheN I go to spit it out it always leaves behind some.Overall though it makes me feel better when I am nic fitting so I will buy again
