Cooks great, wears well. A little oil makes this cook perfectly.

This should garner 6 stars. But the cooking surface of the pan is absurdly small. The 10 inch pan cooks like an 8 inch pan.Hands down, though, this is the best part for searing that I've ever used. The surface is flat & even with perfect heat distribution. Just plan to sear in batches.

My husband cooks and has made multiple comments on hoe evenly the heat. They are used daily. Great product!

Great for cooking meat

I absolutely LOVE that I can now sear meat on my glass stove top! I also LOVE the weight and quality of the pans. I am sure they will last a long time. They are definitely worth the price. (For those reviewers who complained about eggs and other foods sticking to the pans, these pans are not made for those foods). I recommend them for a nice sear and for use on your glass stove top.

These pan are very heavy for their size. And they fry food SO well.

Absolutely love these pans. Only one downside. This set does not have lids. I later bought the Analon X 10 inch deep pan and that lid also fits this 10 inch pan. I now have a nice Cuisinart pot without a lid because it is the only one that fit the 8 inch pan. As for the Analon X pans I can only say good things. They deserve 5 stars.

Sturdy well made pans, but falsely advertised as non stick. They actually stick worse than my pans that do not claim to be non stick. Would've returned them, but they can only be returned non used.

It does require either butter or oil. It's not a non-stick pan without it.
