I just got this product, read through the manual and turned it on to try it. After putting it on max heat mode for 30 minutes, it has not gotten the slightest bit warmer.Also the bubbles are a joke. They feel more for ambiance than actually relaxing or powerful.The rolling items inside also do not move on their own or with the remote, they only move if you push your feet back and forth and with size 10.5 Men's feet, there is hardly any room for me to do so + if you move your feet to roll the massage things, it'll splash water outside of the machine.For something that's over $60, it should at the very least warm up yet it does not.After July 13 Update:Now the seller is trying to guilt trip me into removing this review saying it's harming their ability to feed their family while also claiming they are Amazon customer service.

I had decided to try this foot bath and was expecting to be disappointed but I haven’t been at all. The first thing I noticed after putting it together was that it was fairly sturdy and it got even more so when I pulled the support bar into place that I had missed. It’s easy to fill and gets surprisingly hot, most foot baths will keep the water warm for a while but this one will heat the water completely on its own. I had to turn it down to med after a while. I used it for @45 minutes the first time and my feet felt great when I was done. You do have to empty it by picking it up and dumping it and it is heavy depending on how much water you use but we just dumped it in the grass outside. It collapses easy, once it does it’s only about 2 inches tall so really easy to store.Definitely the best purchase I’ve made in a while!

This thing heats water like a champ and KEEPS it hot. I have to admit, I was skeptical about the capabilities because it is super light and compact but it works flawlessly. Better and less expensive than any of the big bulky ones I've used. No regrets on this purchase.

Good Footbath, but be careful when the bath re-heats water periodically to maintain temperature - it gets a little too hot for me, even on lowest setting (especially in front middle section where heating seems to originate). I give it a moment, then put feet back in. Also, had difficulty changing heat setting until I pushed button on side, then fine.
