Many choices easy to follow

Cool book. Some great ideas presented. You will need some construction basics. Not sure why the book took 10 days to get from toledo oh to my house about 8 hours away but hey dhl global post is what it is. I cant complain too much as the review is supposed to be about the producted and sure dont want to be flagged for straying off topic as has so often happened latly with single star reviews. So all in all a good book

Exceptionally well written, obviously by a person or persons who have intimate knowledge of construction techniques. Extremely helpful, with great photos and diagrams. Great glossary. Actually, a great book on carpentry, disguised as a book for Gazebos. If you can buy only one book for encouragement, then this is it.

The first part of this book reviews basic construction techniques that was not of interest to me. It has some good pictures for ideas, but the detailed construction plans are for very basic structures.This book gave me some good ideas for building my gazebo that is now finished. It as worth the cost for the ideas, but could be a lot better.

Great illustrations and practical advice. I am building the hexagon (vs the octagon) and the 30/60 degree angles are intimidating, but the result has a lot of visual appeal. I particularly like some of the color schemes.

The book is more technical than I thought it would be. Nevertheless, it gave me ideas for landscaping.

The instructions in this book are easy to follow and the variety of structures to choose from is great. With help from friends we built one of the gazebos in our backyard. We love it.
