I saw so much of the Brumate ads online - every influencer and all over social media. I was actually annoyed enough to buy it and thinking it’s the same product as hydroflask or yeti. So I ordered this tumbler that had sparkly colors - because I was so annoyed with how many ads I saw every time I went online. I get it. It’s actually impressive quality. I’ve used mine a couple times now and it was at a really great price point for what I got. It really is leak proof - I tried shaking it really hard upside down and nothing came out. It’s great quality - the lid has a little magnet so it stays open when you want it open but it locks when you want it locked. I think the lock is childproof - I had to get the directions to figure out how to unlock it but maybe I’m an idiot but I prefer to think of it as child-proof. It’s also really cute so everyone at work has complimented and asked about it. It’s also easier to clean that some of the other tumblers I’ve had. The lid especially. Stupid ads were right and this was worth the buy.

The BruMate Toddy 16 oz 100% Leak Proof cup does exactly what it says! I have terrible insomnia and will only sleep on average about 4 hours a night before waking up. Once I wake up, I’ll fix my coffee and get back in bed propped up in bed listening to my podcasts or audiobooks. On the off chance I nod back off, I needed a cup that prevented a big coffee spill to rudely and quickly wake me back up. This cup has saved me from just that several times. I just make sure the lip is pressed down and the lock is then slid forward until I hear it click to know I’m safe in between sips. The BruMate has rolled out of my hand a time or two, locked in place, without a drop spilled once I snatched it back up. I definitely would recommend this cup to anyone with possible grip issues, crowded work areas where you want to protect valuable papers, or for fellow coffee loving insomniacs like me.

When I say I have an addiction to buying cups/mugs/tumblers and the like, I mean it. My previous fave being anything and all things yeti but recently my needs have shifted and I wanted something with a handle that is absolutely spillproof and so I took a chance on this and after close to 5 mins of standing in the kitchen shaking my coffee around this thing didn't spill a drop. Colors of the rainbow are vibrant. Feels sturdy with a lovely rubberized bottom so if you have depth perception issues like I do you won't make as much noise setting your cup down.

Does what it's supposed to do, I've not had any spills since buying it. Very convenient for travel. Easy to clean. And pretty.AND, it's versatile...perfect for both right-handed and left-handed individuals, you just have to fit the cover the right way for the handle to be on the side of hand you use.
