Better quality than most 2 section mop handles. Expect it to have a longer life than others that I have owned. Easy to use and did a great job cleaning my hardwood floors. The cleaning solution did not leave any streaks on my floors and dried quickly.

We wanted best option to clean newly installed hardwood floors with no damage. Research showed this as a good option and we love it. Cleans floors very well and leaves a nice sheen and light scent from the Bona Pro cleaner. Very simple to use, no problems and we use it about once a month.

I use this on bamboo flooring. There is a little learning curve because of the swivel head but, i can do a 11 x 10 foot room iunder 15 minutes with most of that moving furnture or chairs. Some spots may have to go over a second time with a little more down force. I Like you can remove the mop pad throw in the washer and reuse. I would recommend the purcase of one extra mop pad so one is beening washed you have one to use.

I've had two regular Bona mops previously, and both broke after a year or so of use. Glad I found this one, as it seems a lot sturdier with its metal construction and heavier plastic parts. The head is also bigger, so mopping takes less time overall. The reservoir is also larger, so it has to filled less often.Of course, you do have to invest in all-new mop pads if you're replacing the old Bona mop, but the AX0003443 18" fit great and aren't too unreasonable if you can find a pack of three. Overall, recommended.

When I was diagnosed with RA and could no longer clean my wood floors on my hands and knees (I know, old school), my husband researched many flat mops and chose this one. I love it. I like the wide head and the pad that extends beyond the head, which enables me to clean the molding without scratching it. It's easy to use, and I had no problems with it. I'm very happy to have something that allows me to get my floors done in half the time with no pain. It's a keeper.

I was extremely disappointed with this product. First of all, the ultimate product of a clean and good looking floor should be everyone’s main consideration, so let me stop you right there. It may be a somewhat cleaner floor by virtue of having put a mop on top of it, but the floor looks terrible and greasy in tiny specked spots all over. It streaks, it leaks, and it is a waste of my time and money. Please don’t buy this product. I read some reviews that stated the mop leaked but I figured with enough good ratings those must have been one off issues. Nope, definitely leaks. But after spending over an hour to mop your floor after already vacuuming and pulling up rugs, what a disappointment. And the old mop was so great I decided to invest in the pro version after my prior bona mop broke. Now I have two pieces of junk.

I bought this along with a refill of the cleaner, the Bona Floor polish and a replacement blue mop head. this was so i could have one for the cleaner and one for the polish.It is easy and light to use. The floor cleaner works well and does what is says it does. If you want a better and gloss type shine I would recommend the polish. It has brought our parquet floor up to a lovely gloss finish, which is a vast improvement to using standard floor cleaner. Whilst having a gloss finish it is NOT slippery in any way.Easy to apply and they dry fairly quickly. The polish drys within an hour but they recommend 12 hours before putting furniture on the floor.

Really easy to use, feels very solid and so far it seems to clean the floor very well actually much better than the steam mop I had! I would have given this five stars, the only reason why I didn't as I when I received my delivery the box was all wet as the bottle had leaked.
