Good bang for the buck
I bought this to replace the speaker enclosure for an under seat sub kit. The under seat sub didn’t have the air volume to produce a good enough sound on its own. I installed the original sub amplifier behind the seat of my 09 F150 super crew cab. I removed the sub from the enclosure and placed it in this sub box which fit perfectly under the back seat. My only problem is it rattles from the electrical terminals which others have mentioned. Over all, the combo is way cheaper than going with something meant to fit my pickup and the sound is amazing. I just need to find a way to seal the terminal so it doesn’t rattle because it’s sealed and not meant to be replaced.

Super low quality product
It leaks air out of the connection part got 2 of them and the both do the same. It's not a sealed box at all. Complete waste of time and money. And it smells horrible. It looks like a nice box but as u look closely the coating is falling off and low quality.

Box is ok, but not sealed properly.
This box fit perfectly under the rear seat of my 2015 F150 SuperCrew. However, there were a few issues. First I noticed the sprayed on bedliner coating was not sprayed on evenly and looks thicker in some spots. Next, the wire terminal leaked a lot of air, so I had to put a bead of silicone sealant all around it. That worked, but then I noticed air leaking around to speaker itself. I think this was due to the rough texture of the bedliner coating causing the sub to not get a good seal when screwed down. So, I had to put a bead of silicone around that, too, then screwed the sub back down. Now it sounds fine, like a sealed box should!

Great bang for the buck and the compact size saves a lot of space
I got this to add fill to my work truck because my highs were very bright it seemed small to me when I got it but the price was more than reasonable! Once I mounted my shallow mount sub the sound was fantastic from this little sealed enclosure and it for easily under the back seat of my truck. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase!

This sub box is great.
Its actually great in the passenger floorboard for a front shallow mount sub. The coating is tough enough i let passengers put their feet on it. I added some fluorescent lights for show at night. They don't come with the box or does the Focal sub. Just make sure your Measurment's on your sub will allow it to fit, Even the shallow mount Focal was about as deep as i could mount in the box.Overall i like this one so well im contemplating buying the 12” version. Before mounting i did pull the speaker terminal out due to reviews and silicone glued it in. Then i replaced the screws and put a silicone glue bead around the terminal on the outside. Never has leaked like this.If your sub isn't sealing its either too deep or a MM or two too big and needs hand fitting into the enclosure. If your sub is too deep you can make a gasket around the outer mounting edge to raise the sub up a bit. But not much tho as your sub may hit the floor if it has enough excursion.
