Do you have a PoE adapter?

Hi Mac, Sorry we don't sell PoE adapter, you may check on Amazon using keyword "poe splitter adapter" and find one that has DC 12V output (with 5.5x2.1mm jack) and IEEE 802.3 af compliant. Please do let us know if there're further questions. Much appreciated. Kind regards, Tendelux Support

The power adapter/cable stopped working. I tested the light on an older cable from working unit. Can i get a replacement?

Hi Alan, We apologize for the problem and inconvenience brought to you. Could you please reach us by the Amazon message or the support email and we will arrange replacement soonest. Sorry again for the troubles. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Kind regards, Tendelux Support

Does this have a photocell sensor so that it only turns on at night or is it always on?

Mine remains on during the day. I just got it a few days ago....my bigger one the 20 does turn off during the day.

For the threaded hole in the back of the camera, what is the screw size that fits in there (ie the one utilized by the mount)?

Hi Sir / Ma'am, Thanks for the question. A 1/4 screw will fit. Thanks. Best regards, Tendelux Support
