Perfect corn bread sticks! I have been using cast iron for years. I seasoned this pan with bacon grease right when I got it. Baked it for about 30 min at 350. My corn bread sticks were perfect. Always let them sit for 5 min after baking, then remove from pan. No sticking. Crispy on outside & moist on inside. Each batch thereafter, I oil the pan with a little vegetable oil. Trick is to let them sit after baking. Bake these while you have a pot of chili cooking. Mmm!

Smaller than I hoped, but cooks great cornbread quickly.

I bought this corn stick pan for my new outlaw sister because she was so impressed with mine. She absolutely loves it, never had corn sticks in her life until last year, now she has them atleast once a month. I works awesomely!

I have other iron cooking products. This is the devil to clean also very heavy.

Even when greased heavily, the corn sticks were still difficult to remove. Makes really small sticks. My Lodge corn stick pan works way better. Spend the extra money for Lodge.
