I've had this installed for about two weeks now. So far it has worked flawlessly. Installation and setup was a complete breeze. It paired with my Level Lock immediately. It's very nice to be able to closed the door and lock it with a single touch on the checkmark on the touchpad instead of messing with a key or using my phone. Very handy and stylish looking too. Very pleased with this purchase.

It's definitely the worst product on the market given the hefty price tag. The "touch to unlock" is a joke as it broke within the first month. While this product is horrendous, customer service is even worse. They circle you around as you chase your own tail with questions that does nothing to resolve the issue. This product failure resulted in us investing in the keypad and wifi hub because the product itself is so unreliable. As a result, we spent around 500 to 600$ for a keypad lock. This company needs to bankrupt and probably will in the future given that all their products are less than worthy. It's criminal to say the least!

Update: wanted to update that my batteries lasted 3 months before I had to change them. Still love it, just wish they lasted longer. I recently locked myself out of the house on accident without my phone, keycard or a key. I had my watch, but my home base wasn’t connecting to my Level lock. I always felt my watch was my last resort if I ever got locked out but when I needed it, it didn’t work. I found the keypad when looking for extra keycards. We like having this. It was easy to install and easy to create passcodes. The numbers light up enough to know you selected it correctly. I’m glad there’s no button to press since I’ve seen other keypads and after time there’s damage and numbers disappearing. I’m hoping this will last longer with out buttons. Some vibrations would be nice when you touch the numbers but it would probably also wear the batteries down faster. Overall, we’re happy we got this.

Love this product. I have two Level Locks installed in my home now, both installed with the keypad. You don't need this product to make the smart lock work, but it is a very nice add on to enhance the overall experience. I live in a raised home on the water and the walk up to the front door is two sets of stairs. I have the key pad installed on the first floor and can quickly interact with it when I get out of my car....allowing me not to even use my phone. it is also a nice fail safe if my wife or I ever forget our phones, we can interact with the key pad to get it. Again, another very sleek, easy to install product. the pictures you see below are on the garage door I installed the lock and the key pad on (my second lock/keypad).

Beware, not for you if you live in a cold climate! Was excited to add this to my level system but expectations fell short. Build quality is of decent plastic like everything else and holds up. When it works, it is very easy to set up always/temporary codes within the app. Bluetooth is iffy on most days, constantly loses connection to both lock and level connect device. Even using your phone or connect bridge is slow to respond. Claims to work down to -20 degs but doesn’t work below 30 degs on a good sunny day. I have to constantly forget device and re-add to account. When it does work it is slow for the code to register and then may open or stop mid operation. Battery life is good but that depends on if it registers that it even has a battery installed, often see battery health unknown status. I am on my third device after only a couple years of owning and having to send a video to prove every time to get support is ridiculous. It will randomly start to work again after pulling out the battery for a few seconds or I warming it up for 20 secs. Otherwise support is usually responsive to inquiries but not worth the price for the headaches.

I'm working on contacting the company for a warranty replacement. I've have had the lock and keypad installed for about 6 months and since the first week of usage the key pad would work about 50% of the time. It degraded over time. Using the touch pad buttons it would act several ways. 1. You get through entering the code and touch the check button and the check button lights up and fades on an off a few times, then nothing happens. Have to take the remote off the wall and take the batteries out to reset the unit. 2. First digit press it acts fine, second digit press it does nothing. Have to remove and reset. 3. Noes nothing. Can't tell you how many sets of batteries I have switched out thinking it just eats through them. I finally started checking the batteries after such an incident and they are charged all the way. In the end, I think my key pad is bad of course but I have to try and get it replaced and see how the next one does. When it was working I disliked the touch sensitive buttons. It is slow to respond and so makes you think you have not pressed the number an so you double touch, messing up the sequence. It is also very difficult to remove from its mount to change out the batteries. This may be designed this way on purpose but I see the units base breaking over time.

The fact that the buttons on this aren't tactile (there is no click or noise to know you're pressing the button) it can make it tremendously difficult to know if the pad has registered a 'press.' There ARE lights around the buttons that light up during a press, but when in direct sunlight or any bright area, the fact that the pad is already a light neutral color (a gray-beige), the white led light can be tough to see. Was this pad made to have a tactile pressing 'click' experience, it would be a far better experience. At the end of the day, it DOES work - I just wish it was a different user experience.

I bought this to replace one that was about 2 years old. Mine is on an exterior patio fence so it does get in the weather. The connection between my Level Bolt, and Level Connect is great - when it works. I think that the Bolt gets confused sometimes as to whether it is opened or closed. Customer support is exceptional BTW.

I managed to get it to pair with the lock after some fiddling with it. I constantly was saying that I need to be “in range”. This was when I was less than a foot away. Still cant change the code because it keeps saying that “You will have full access to settings when you are within Bluetooth range”. Again, this is when I’m a foot away.
