Package Not matching by what offered
i received only the strap with very bad package without any of the below items :-Package Includes : 1 Replacement band , 2 link removal tool, no watch there

Good Quality but bad customer service
I delivered only the strap in a normal amazon case and the 2 pins, but the 2 link removal and the Dado case weren't there,I contact them at their customer service number but they didn't send the rest of the order,But i tried the strap and it is working good dealing with the hot summer and sweat.
