Steel Girls on the Home Front: The new uplifting and heartwarming WW2 historical romance saga about love and friendship (The Steel Girls, Book 3)

I loved the first and second series and I am just starting the third. The characters seem so real and the kindness and caring they share together helps to lift everyone’s spirits during the darkest time in the world’s history. I hope the author continues with the series following the character’s lives til the end of the war. A great read!

I hardly ever write a book review, yet here is my second review of the same series:We are already into the third book, yet are only up to the spring of 1940.The war does not end until 1945.Just how many books does Ms. Rawlins plan on writing if there is to be a conclusion for all the characters?While the books make for definitely enjoyable reading, I am not planning on investing untold dollars in order to find out what their end will be.Regretfully, therefore, I am moving on to other stories by other authors.Call these three books a massive cliffhanger. I loathe cliffhangers.

I enjoyed the camaraderie of the women and support they provided each other. Also loved learning about the British and their unique dialect.

We're back again with the steel girls working hard in the factory continuing with their lives stories. There's Betty who is throwing herself into everything she can to help her cope with her William being sent to Canada to learn to fly. Patty who is worried about archies health and Nancy who is struggling to keep strong for her children while working long hours at the factory. As with previous book you feel one of the girls. A really good read, can't wait for the next book

The author can't be serious...I'm in shock! How can any author leave a series of books in such an awful way..there has to be another one surely..to say I'm disappointed and horrified at this is an understatement..seriously not impressed..

Was really looking forward to this next book and did not disappoint. Made me laugh and cry, wonderful characters and very emotive writing. read in one sitting. highly recommend.

I’ve read book 1 & 2, both so fantastic. Book 3 was also absolutely brilliant. I found it so difficult to put down. I hope there’s going to be a 4th. 🥰

I need book 2 as I have to know what happens next the suspense is killing me so please let us have the next in the series
