Update: bumping to 4.5 stars. I bought the same brass cap as another reviewer (Bever brass spinner cap) and the side-to-side movement is almost gone. I am totally digging this spinner now. Why not 5 stars if I love it? Mine came with a nice big scratch on it and given the price point that scratch feels worthy of a half star deduction.____ Previous review below ____3.5 stars -- This little guy has a nice weight and feels comfortable in hand. There are no sharp metal edges. Spins easily. But I am not sure I will keep it.Unfortunately, the one I received was scratched (see attached picture) and the center cap (or button) is shifty -- It has side-to-side movement and feels like a cheap afterthought. I've cautiously tried tightening the cap but I suspect there is just too much space between the cap and the bearing/spinner body.Comparatively speaking, my TI-EDC's removeable cap (also in attached picture) feels like it is part of the spinner body. There is almost no side-to-side movement of the cap. When using it, I forget the cap is even there.I bought this Nomad spinner because I wanted something heavier than my titanium TI-EDC. This spinner is heavier but the cap is so shifty that I find myself distracted by it (and not in a good way).If anyone has tips for fixing the cap issue (I've only tried hand tightening) let me know.

I'm updating this review because the seller got back to me. He was on a trip and took a few days to answer the email. The seller sent me a new bearing and this spinner now works great. It spins smooth and is fun to fidget with one handed. It now has a long spin time. Overall I'm happy with this purchase and did not return it.This spinner gets no where near the 5 minute spin time advertised. The spinner I received seem to have a defective bearing and has a noticeable grinding sound. I removed the retaining ring to take the bearing out and clean but the bearing is jammed in the spinner and I'm afraid can't be removed without damaging the bearing and/or spinner. I have tried to contact the seller through email with no response. I will be returning this item.

Really love this spinner. Very high quality and weight. Love that the arms are shorter than the plastic spinners as it's more discreet and quiet for adult use. Spins between 3 and 3:30 after the bearing is cleaned. Support has been fantastic as well. Highly recommend this spinner.

Great hand feel. It has substantial heft to it and is great to hold. 3 stars as it sounds like something is grinding in it.

Spins good. But the actual metal part is slightly out of balance. The bearings are fine. For $40 you expect it to be balanced better

Very heavy, a bit smaller than I expected, bit the build quality and feel is extremely high. Very pleased.

Excellent quality, quite heavy and great spinning times..!!The only negative is that it makes a "hissing" sound as it spins and it is not as quiet as I would prefer..Overall a great spinner!!

I know it's a bit on the steep-side, price-wise; but I'd have to say that it was worth it. The feel and weight of this badboy lets me know it's a solid, quality product. I loved it from the first spin.
