OMG you guys, these dresses... I'm 5'5", 156lbs, 38D bra size, hourglass shape with a bit of a belly and some unfortunate back rolls. We all know that US sizes are all over the place, but let's say at Target I usually am about a 10 in jeans and a L to XL in tops or dresses. Anyway it says right on the Amazon page what the size range equivalence is so you should have no problem ordering. This dress in size Medium (as well as the obscene number of others I purchased in different patterns) is the absolute BEST CLOTHING I OWN.It is comfy, can be worn with or without a bra, makes my body look SLAMMIN', perfect length (high enough above the knee that I feel sexy and flirty but not so short that I feel provocative). I have seen other reviews state that the pattern stretches out to a white color on the chest area, and I can see that being a thing for some people. It hasn't been noticeable on any of the dresses I purchased from CowCow, so I suspect that my chest size may be as big as it can go before it becomes unwearable to someone with a larger chest.The fabric is slightly shiny like others have pointed out, but not in like a glossy or sheen way. Just in the way that, well, it's made of polyester and spandex so it's not going to be matte like a cotton blend would be. Duh. I don't look at any of these dresses and say "shiny dress", I do look at them and say "HOLY SMOKES I LOOK AMAZING". And it has been a long time since I felt that way when I looked at myself in the mirror in a dress. The patterns look GREAT btw.Can work with combat boots or heels or ballet flats or sandals or whatever. Can be worn to casual daytime things, dates, events, and so on. I personally can't wait to just walk around the city in this. Dress it up or down. I'd even wear this to a job interview or to an office job with a cardigan over it, depending on the pattern. (Like, probably not gonna wear marijuana leaves to the office ya know what I mean?) I feel as though the people who designed these patterns read my mind and knew exactly what I wanted on my clothing because I bought a TON of different patterns. It's a great dress overall. I'd definitely be buying again in other designs. That being said, there are a few things. The material kind of reminds me of a swim suit so it's a bit clingy, but just a wee bit. The color is SLIGHTLY off but not too bad, still looks great. It also runs a bit small so maybe order one size up.That all being said, it's still a great dress and makes me feel amazing in it!! So I will definitely buy more!!

I am a 40 yo mom with a belly and extra weight with a taste of gothic and darker style. I also live in florida and comfort is paramount at my age. This dress is amazing, comfortable and flattering. I plan to stock up on this version and hopefully the one with pockets as well. It’s my absolute favorite, you won’t regret it!
