It may take a while to adjust your mechanics, but I found that having the extra grip on the disc really improved my throws. It also made it easier to catch the faster/more exotically thrown discs. Their customer service is amazing. I made two hassle-free returns in order to find the perfect size. The gloves themselves seem well tailored, but it's only been a week. They keep your hands warm, but you may need to pair them with hand-warmers if the temperature drops below 30.

Gives me 1 to 3% more grip than bare hands yet this is exactly the extra grip needed to give an advantage. I'm finding it creates sharper throws and some crazy accurate ones in indoor disc.

I bet these would work ok for ultimate, but for disc golf they will probably only last a few rounds till the rubber on the index finger wears out.

Non a good fit. Leaves tons of space at the palm area...
