I haven't had my follow blood work yet but I trust the product works, but one out of 3 times a pill gets stuck in my throat on the way down. And taking pills 30 minutes prior to your largest meal of the day is a bit difficult for those of us who are always on the go and never have the same day twice. Keep it simple... either take it with a meal OR take it on an empty stomach. Don't be so high maintenance with your instructions.

I have hereditary high cholesterol. My previous doctor was really pushing for me to take statins. I refused. Now I have a new doctor who agreed to let me try Control. I was a bit skeptical, but when I redid my lipid panel after 6 weeks of taking this, my HDL went up and my bad numbers went down enough for the doctor to be impressed! My doctor gave me 5 months to change my lipid panel or else she’d put me on a statin. I worked out pretty faithfully for 3 months and checked my numbers - they HAD NOT CHANGED 😡 so then I got desperate and started researching options when I came across Brilliant Control. I though “what do I have to lose, your blood work is covered and you get your $$ back if you’re not satisfied”. I took it for 6 weeks and everything changed. Total cholesterol went down, LDL went down, triglycerides went down, HDL went way up. My total cholesterol radio went from 5.2 to 3.8! My doctor was shocked it only took 6 weeks to get these kind of results. She’s excited to see what this supplement will to my lipid panel by the end of the year. My dad is going to take my results to his doctor to see if he can get off of his statin. Only complaint: do they have to be yellow? Just wish they were more natural and colorless

I added this to my daily routine as I’m not going to take a statin. I’ll update if these little yellow gets do the trick. Total cholesterol was elevated under 300, diet is good and I exercise.I’ll update labs and on here is 3 months if this helps do the trick
