Looks & works good, with less noise.
Initial impression is good. Less noise at bearable level. Light is bright enough.Installation and demo was good. But the prerequisite (size of hole needed in cupboard) was not clear, so I had to call carpenter twice for cutting the cupboard. It will be better if Faber can send carpenter along with their technicians, so that they can perform all activities together.

The product looks beautiful and works very well. Motion detection also works well.Installation guys are good and patient too. A technician, named Prasad, has come for installation. He installed it neatly and explained its entire functionality patiently. Amazing service by the technician.

Worst client service department
Worst after sales serviceI had a horrible experience with Faber...my chimney broke down within a year of purchase so I called Faber customer service center but they are still procrastinating my issue...and not providing me any solution...it’s been 18 days already since I registered a complaint...and still no technician has visited and client service department just keep me on hold and then cut the call...and yes they have given me their 4 to 5 senior’s number by saying that they’ll give you resolution but neither of them resolve the issue...some of them are not picking up the call and some of them are still procrastinating by saying that technician will visit tomorrow but their tomorrow has never come....very disappointed with client service department...they talk like as they didn’t get any training for solving the customer’s problem.... please don’t go for faberI don't know why there are postive reviews for Faber just go on mouthshut.com website and and check their original review....Faber India is there to loot you...such a fraud company
