I LOVE that it comes with a travel case, because I stay over night unexpectedly and don't always remember my toothbrush. I like my teeth feel clean afterwards. I love the extra options,I do have to admit, my wrist hurts after brushing.I don't know yet if it charges or not, for no light to indicate that it is? Overall, I think this is the best toothbrush I've purchased.

Generally I like this toothbrush. It doesn't clean quite as nice as my old Phillips Sonicare that I was replacing. But does a pretty good job for the price point. I read a lot of the reviews that said the charge lasted them weeks even over a month. But mine may get a week at best and I have been using it less than a month. I am thinking I should have just purchased another Phillips Sonicare. My last one last about 6 years before it quit working. But the reviews were so good on this one I thought I'd give it a try.Update: I received another toothbrush in the mail and this one charges just fine. Thank you to customer service for making this right.

Well, it happened. I had my toothbrush for just over 3 months and it will not charge. Just like all the other reviews. In the time that I have had it, I believe I only had to charge it once. I really enjoyed the toothbrush and felt that it did a great job of getting my teeth clean. Does this mean that I have to buy a whole new one for $30 - again?

For xmas I bought 5 for me and my family. They came late so I had to give gifts late. It’s not even 6 months and mine stopped working a week ago. I go on here to see what I can do and it’s a 30 day return policy!! So they send 2 yrs replacement heads and toothbrush lasts 180 days.It will not the charger, I charged all other toothbrushes on it and works fine. Toothbrush, heads are too soft so sometimes you don’t feel as if you got a good enough cleaning they should have different heads not just soft. I just replaced my daughters and it was torn up. Advice, spend the money and go with the product that you know will be under warranty and they will replace if there’s a problem. Also that you can select the heads. Or maybe they should make them just a medium. Too soft and feels it doesn’t clean.
