It's pretty sturdy. I weigh about 110 pounds and this holds me up. It's adjustable and practical.

This pull up bar seems quite secure for me in my apartment. I was hesitant at first to put my full weight (~170 lbs) on it, but it seems to hold securely and doesn't mess-up the paint on the door jams. I wish the padded portion was slightly more (wider) so I could have my hands slightly further apart, but other than that, it works well.

This pull up bar tightens by spinning, similar to a shower curtain. While doing a pull up the bar naturally will want to spin in line with your grip. They prevent this with a small ~1/4" plastic "finger" that is easily bent. Be careful when assembling the pull up bar or these will break. Even when assembled correctly they show signs of wear. I have used mine for a couple of months now and both sides are showing signs of strain and I am afraid they won't last as long as I would have hoped for something like this. I wouldn't buy again - I'd consider a different design.

Feels solid. Easy to set up. Only downfall, it doesn’t do as many chin ups as I would like.

This falls off easily. I busted my shoulder when it came crashing down. The instructions are poor.

It works so well it started to crush the inner door frame, betraying the weakness of the construction methods of the house. Flybird has some impressive quality stuff at affordable prices. Well done.
