I really wanted this product to work but it fell flat for me. After an evening of drinks I dissolved and drank one of these but I’m not sure that it helped much. I’m giving it 3 stars because it definitely didn’t make my symptoms worse. Also the listing says that it can help you feel at least 50% better so maybe my expectations were a bit too high. I would say that this is definitely worth a try
