Disappointed
The flashlight itself is very bright and I would probably love it but the cover lens fell off (somewhere, it was lost) so I am unable to focus the light like I would like to. Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! I have been calling for months and have yet to receive a call back!! I even tried emailing using the contact information listed but it bounced back to me too. It's a real shame because I would have given this flashlight an excellent review but once you receive it, hope you don't have any problems with it because you will never hear from the company again.

Cannot put two batteries in the charger
That's all I have to say. Since the batteries are not (yet) seen on most American commercial sources. I am obliged to return it for replacement.. The charger does not look like the picture. The defect is obvious to a child of two.The flashlight in its bright mode and switched to its smallest and most intense beam, the distance at which it can make a difference is indeed astonishing. The cycling switch for the several modes is awkwardly placed and don't know yet whether thumb or finger is best The cycle is off--bright--dim---find me (dit-dit-dit-dit-dit-dit-etc)---SOS (dit--dit-dit-dah-dah-dah-dit-dit-dit)---bright---off--- takes a bit to get used to, All other features in time available were probably as advertised. I had not the time to test battery life or number of full charges possible. It's certainly a fine weapon. As for the charger, I think someone just put the wrong gizmo in the box.

great light! very bright and adjustable for the area ...
great light! very bright and adjustable for the area you are in. Only drawback is the charge on the batteries does not last as long as regular batteries. Be sure to have a backup pair. Otherwise, best flashlight i have ever owned or seen in person. Would be 4.8 stars if possible to give.

only thing i don't like about it is the belt clip, you will drop it if you try to use it, falls of all the time, i quit using it

outstanding customer service best flishlight!
I love this flashlight! all the different lite modes that come with it are great for different tasks at hand, it is vary strong and durable. voidhalks customer service is amazing!!! any problem or question you have will be answered fast and easy customer service means a lot to me and I got some of the best ever from voidhawk!
