I like these. I bought two to shade my deck after our shade trees burned up in a wildfire. They definitely help to cool the deck and patio from the direct sun. I wish they blocked a little bit more sun, percentage wise....

I bought this to use on a 12 foot electric boat we keep in the lake behind the house. The boat actually has a custom fitted cover but it is more trouble than I care to deal with for day-to-day use. That cover goes on in the Winter months when I pull the boat out of the water.Size of this tarp is a full foot shorter than advertised, being 13'6" and 7'6", not 8 x 14. It works fine for my boat though since the boat is 12' long and about 6'6" wide.The mess design I am liking. It lets the boat material underneath breath but still blocks the direct sun from the seats and carpet.Also, the tarp material certainly feels and acts of much better quality than canvas or a poly tarp. Poly being the ultimate bad idea to be out in the weather.
