Taste is fine mixed in smoothies with fruit juice, greens and other fruit. Has vitamins and jury still out on any other effectiveness as with health claims of any other fruit juices. They are all good for you but doubt any one or combo can claim specific cures more than eating a great diet rich on many different fruits and vegetables. But does help with that and easily assimilated, which is the advantage of juices and smoothies..

Both my husband and I have joint pain resulting from arthritis and this product has helped with the morning stiffness and pain in the joints.

Worked well in helping me but was not happy about the high cost. Only comes in one flavor as well... But it does help.

Supple was very beneficial and helpful to the mild stiffness I was experience in the fingers and knee areas. After using Supple I did not experience the stiffness any longer. For a couple of days, I forgot to take the supple and there was mild stiffness, again until I started the Supple regimen again.
