I bought it for the blockage in my kitchen sink, my sink waste pipe has 3 of 90 degree angles , I think it went through the first two, but couldn’t get through the 3rd one, gave up after trying over an hour , even with help of my power drill, the material twisted by itself badly and just won’t do the job, turns out I still have to call a plumber after allWhat’s even worse is this product only covers up to 9 pound of the return cost, if you are living outside Uk, the return cost would be very much the same as the product itselfI’d imagine it will work well with toilet sink or shower sewer pipe

The item looked sturdy but was broken. The winding mechanism was completely broken meaning I was left with a ton of auger pipe to try and fit into a box to return. It's very very annoying as the mechanism should be very simple. If you were included to do so, you can take the unit apart and fix it yourself, I'm not doing that as it will probably invalidate the returns policy.There's a more established brand called Cobra. I'm returning this. It's essentially junk, I am buying a slightly more expensive model instead.

UPDATE:Although the product doesn't live up to my expectations, the seller deserves a shout out, reached out to me, offered me partial refund, and I really appreciate how correct is that nowadays!The product:I mean it looks like it does the job, but all it does just a huge mess. The retractable drum just a gimmic, once released cant put the wire back. I will ask refund. If a good ol' plunger not enough, this won't solve your problem either.

The end that you hold , or near two the end keeps coming off. Failing that it is well worth the money and does the job well.
