Construction Description Our Thermal Composite Wood Construction offers extreme durability and impact resistance at an ultra-light weight. Starting with our EPS foam core we then add fiberglass and a wood sandwich allowing the board to remain lightweight. Carbon reinforcements at the nose, tail, and rails provide impact resistance at the most vulnerable points. Top it off with a vacuum-bagged thermal molded epoxy and you get a board with excellent strength-to-weight.
