They looked great, worked great, they were a real hit. However... The suction cups never really stuck at all, which really wasn't a huge problem.. but 2 of 4 got water logged and caused the batteries to rapidly corrode and quit working properly through half the season. Yes I said batteries... They need 3 AAA batteries to power each light.. so they are battery hogs. I don't want to bash them too hard because the short time I had with them they brought me joy. And hilarious enough, I have LED lights in my kitchen and the remote would power both the pool lights and the lights in the kitchen (universal chip I assume)Whether or not I was pointing at them. If you're not immersing them in water I think they will be more affective for longer, they are super bright and awesome to look at.

Bought a 4pk of these lights for my 18ft. above ground pool less than two months ago. I liked them enough to purchase another 4pk. for better lighting in the pool, with great results. However, lights tend to turn on by themselves when not in use and stop responding to remote control "on/off" commands. To solve this problem I have to turn one of the batteries the wrong way to get them to turn off. Manufacturer did send me a 4pk for exchange, but after further review. I didn't find this to be a solution to the problem. Suction cups didn't last long inside of the pool, so I drop them directly onto the floor of the pool on a 2hr timer. When finished I grab them out with skimmer net. Design keeps water out as should, if tightly secured.

These have been fun, but the suction cups don't work. We have the smallest in ground pool, but these are really too small. One of the remotes work, sometimes. The other doesn't work at all. They are fun to look at, but not what I had in mind exactly.

The media could not be loaded.  UPDATE, Seller contacted me and offered a replacement and a full refund. I was happy with the service overall. The new set is working great so far, will update if they fail. Would give 5 stars if the magnets were stronger because the suction cups are a joke. So we just prop up the lights up in the crevice of the pool facing down to the water, works great. Bought these June 1st and they were great for the first few weeks. About a week ago only 1 was bright and the other 3 were dimmed. Yes I changed all the batteries, but that did not help.

I have a soft side pool and the only downside is that they don’t stay suctioned to the wall. I’ve just ordered big magnets so hopefully that will take care of it. They’re very bright and I love that it comes with an extra remote. We put them in the water and they didn’t seem to leak. If the have an issue I’ll update my rating. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that they don’t stay & I’m having to purchase something else to make them stay on the pool.

I bought 3 of these to place in the basin of a fountain. I am not sure if it is a bulb issue or water has already seeped in but 1 of the lights is already dimming, I haven't run it that much, and will no longer do all the colors it did when it arrived. The other two seem to be fairing a little better but already struggling with shades as it rotates through a cycle of all the colors. They aren't expensive but I would have thought they would preform better for longer.

Lights are bright and I love the look. I hate that they fall off the pool wall every day. Then I have to find the suction cups. They are either in the skimmer or stuck to the bottom of the pool. That makes it very annoying. They most definitely need stronger suction cups

The media could not be loaded.  I bought these as my wife finds the downlighters in our bathroom ceiling too bright. They are plenty bright enough to provide ambient light and are well constructed and waterproof, although I haven't tested them underwater.Each light required three AAA batteries, I've used rechargeable ones and these seem to work fine. They are controlled by a small credit card-sized remote control which enables you to choose the colour you require and whether you want them to flash or fade etc. Lots of mode choices.They have both magnetic fixings and four rubber sucker feet that can be attached to the bottom of the unit. I haven't tested the magnets but the rubber feet will hold the unit on tiles OK. Removing the unit you need to pull and twist otherwise you leave the feet on the tile and have to fix them again to the unit again afterwards. They are designed to be removed, so this is straightforward, but it's just a bit of a nuisance.Overall I'm very pleased with the lights. They are bright, solidly made and do exactly what I wanted them to.

The media could not be loaded.  I haven't actually put these to their final resting place as the Garden hasn't been done yet, but I'm impressed with these.The remote works for about 6-7m after that it's a little hit and miss, but that's plenty far enough.I'm planning to place them around when the top of the garden has been paved and the BBQ is setup. So will put them under trees, under the parasols etc just as some feature lighting.They come with a magnetic base which is strong enough to hold the lights upside down and on my.fridge door. It also includes suction cups to hold in a bath/hottub etc, and screw holes to hold up too.They take 3 AAA batteries, I had them on for about 6 hours and they didn't dull at all.

These lights work great with the remotes you get with them. The only thing that I wanted them to do which I could not do. Was to have them flashing in one colour. I can get them to flash in all colours but not in just one colour. They are well made and it’s great that they have suckers that can be put on the back so that you can stick them on the side or the bottom of the pool or hot tub. They are bright enough to see from the bottom of hot tub. Great to make your hot tub look inviting.

For the quality of the lights it delivers on value. The 4 pack contains 4 lights, 2 remotes and a bag of suction cups which can be attached to the back of each inidivual light.I would suggest that you don't look directly into these as the lights are powerful and the modes available on the remote are brilliant. They flash, fade among other settings and can have specific colours chosen as well.The seal isn't rubber but you tighten it enough, water won't seep in. My advice, wait till it dries before opening it up to avoid any damage. Each individual light is powered by 3 x AAA batteries so since I had a 4 pack I needed 12 x AAA batteries to power them all.Considering that it's a battery powered set of lights I didn't expect it to be so powerful and the suction cups work as intended.Definitely worth using in a domestic pond or bath as the lights really make it look good, especially at night.
