The battery for the watch was not included in the delivery, very disappointed

Ok well it weighs a ton, not literally but it's really heavy, we got it and lubed it up ( starting to sound like a 50 shades spin off ) and got to trying to use it.Knock knock knock knock .. oof that's bad, lubed it a little more and the knocking increased and lowered then came back with a vengeance creating unrest in this tiny little abode.Also, the massive issue i had was trying to return it, the returns are questionable at best, return it yourself for an up to £4.75 back when delivered? £4.75? for something that's stands over 5ft and weighs around 66lbs? Good luck posting that to anyone with those measurements and weight.It's quite something though, you receive an item we debated were new to begin with and lean more towards a recondition or even a used item ( they won't admit that ) to be met with issues and a huge postal problem, but those lovely people at Amazon helped and were great with dealing with the massive headache this could have turned in to, but be weary of this item, it's a little tricky to arrange the return if it's borked.Sorry but honesty is the best policy.

Good product for what I need, it does squeak when you run, no comments back from supplier as far as I can tell and a screw fell out which is worrying just in case it breaks.

Had to return as the belt constantly slipped over 5km. Also while compact to store, a bit of a hassle to fold up. You have to undo 2 Allen key bolts that already looked like rounding after 3 uses.Ended up with a Reebok I-run which I know is more expensive but at least it is practical and useable
