Just by taking the recommended dosage of 3 gms, I could feel a "high" difference in my energy level during my workout. It induced much stamina in me when I exercised and helped to perform my other physical activities more efficiently. I wish I could sue this company, this creatine is very cheap and chemically adulterated please don't buy it I bought it because of less money but that too is now wasted, the glass crystal do not mix in water and you can see them shining in light. I am editing my review because first time I ordered 100gm and the product was with lots of lumps and not properly soluble but this time I ordered 250gm and this went very well... No lumps present, good solubility and got in a very reasonable price.... That's why I suggest you guys to buy 150gm container option or 250gm pouch.....
