**Q: Can these be left outside**
A: Yes, they can be left outside. Miramat is completely waterproof and UV-resistant.

**Q: 2 questions, Can i put heavy weight lifting equipment on these? And is it non slip on carpet? I plan to put a multi gym on it, don't want it to move**
A: I'd say yes to both. I currently have it on carpet, and it definitely does not move or slip. Although I do not have a multigym on it, I have a 100kg treadmill, a rower plus a weights bench, just to gauge an idea (I bought 2). No issues.

**Q: Will the mat stick to carpet too? I bought another brand and it keeps moving when doing yoga, whilst mat is on carpet.**
A: The mat has been specifically designed for use on carpets, and you will not find a grippier mat for this purpose. However, every carpet is different so the only way to know for sure is to use the mat in your own environment. We offer a 30-days return window that you can use if you are not 100% satisfied with the mat's performance on your own carpet.

**Q: How easy can this mat be rolled up and stored? I don't have a designated space so will need to put it away after each use.**
