Useless - displaced by water flow from taps...
Device has no "suction" (how could it, when it is over an open hole?) so only the weight of water on top of it would hold it in place. Problem is, there is no water when you start filling a bath or sink, so nothing holds it down. So the water from the taps just displaces it immediately and it totally fails to work. Unless you're prepared to hold it down while the bath/sink fills and then let go it is useless.

Great for vintage baths
We’ve searched for many years for a plug for our vintage bath but nothing fits properly so had to put up with water slowly leaking down the plug holeI saw this gave it a go and it’s fabulous! Suction is brilliant and no water leaked down plug hole . Fantastic product

Perfect
I just just placed it over the already flat plughole (mine was leaking ) and it did the job!! Problem solved. ( The only issue I can think might be a problem is if the plug is very close the the edge of the sink this then doesn’t give a flat suction surface.)

Perfect - it works!
Wow, simple, easy and effective! I just placed it over the bath tub metal stopper and turned on the water. It seems the water pressure creates a suction fairly quickly. No leakage at all for the whole duration of my bath! My stopper is old and slightly broken and I could not find any replacement stoppers that fit. This works a treat - finally a long bath and not one where the water has mostly drained after 15 min!

Didn't work for me - might work for you
Didn't work for me.The curvature of the bathtub or sink affects its effectiveness. For me it's leaking and won't stay in place. It works well on flat sinks and flat surfaces that are not textured.I only gave 1 star as it didn't work out for me.
