This appears to do what it says it will do - I don’t believe it’s meant to show a lot of peeling, but it does make your skin look brighter and it definitely feels softer….you MUST USE SOME SORT OF NEUTRALIZER FOR THE ACID PEEL AS THAT STOPS THE PROCESSING TIME… I’ve done it twice and the first time I did it for four minutes and the second time I did it for 15 minutes and was still good…

I have done some stronger at home peels before. I like the gel, it's easy to apply and stays where you place it. I put on the first layer and waited 7 min, then added the second and waited about 5 or 6 min. I have sensitive skin so I wanted to be conservative. I got a decent shed, not very deep. next time I will add Vaseline to my nasal folds and smile lines because it does too much there. Which I knew. I will definitely do it for a longer time next time to get a much deeper peel. I have mature skin and am in menopause so I need some help with my texture. I finished with baking soda and water to neutralize the peel. I will buy again.

*** Update *** (August 5th, 2024)Yes it peels but differently. I'd say safer.Rather than an aggressive 1-hr peel which is dangerous for your skin. This product peels your skin over a 24-hr time period.Apply moderately to your skin or affected area (without diluting with any lotion/cream). . . Leave for at least 8-hrs (ideally do it at night 1-hr before bedtime) and watch the magic it does to your skin the next morning.P.S. I am a chocolate skinned male with a slightly oily skin-type!

I've followed the instructions and felt the tingling sensation but nothing else happened. My skin didn't peel (only the corner of my nose) my skin didn't look any better. So, I increased the minutes I left it on my face & yet nothing happened. I increased the minutes again this time up to 15min. Tingling but nothing happened. At 70% glycolic really should happened. I guess I got ripped off.

So I applied this on my hands and bikini area twice first for three min then for 10 minutes , nothing happened . Then I applied it for the entire night , woke up washed it the next morning. By the next day , my entire bikini area and vagina was peeling and the skin under was brighter and softer . My hands , however, did not peel. There was some peeling but nothing like down there . I did burn myself tho, just tiny spots . I would test it , follow the directions and I dont think it can hurt . My only problem was the bottle was broken and it slipped out of my hands and cracked I still managed to use as much as I can but, the bottle is very cheap. I will probably re order and try it following directions stay tuned

I initially bought it for my face but then I began using it on what teenager son refers to “ my crusty feet” and it has softened my heels. I tend to wear opened toe shoes and sandals which with the elements exposure hardens my skin. Since using the product, I feel more confident less conscious about my feet & skin!
