it doesn't seem to expose any more or any less than other obd2 scanners, despite what i've read about chinese fake boards and how this isn't one of them.my other obd2 reader seems to read out just the same as this more legit one. But i notice no difference.I do enjoy the smaller length and width though. I recommend this one over any other.

I plug this in, use an app on my phone, and get all the diagnostic data I can use. I don't understand half the info because I'm not a mechanic, but I really like knowing the things I do understand. Especially the trouble shooting parts.

I used Car Scanner Pro app on my iphone and my cheap Micro Mechanic dongle would either drop the signal or wouldn't connect at all after the iOS update. This dongle was suggested on the Car Scanner site.

I bought this primarily to use with the JScan app on my Jeep, and it works great.I also use it on my other vehicles with other OBD-II apps, and it has worked flawlessly.

Works well with my 2009 Ford F-350. I just leave it attached to the obd2 port. I can check my trucks sensors any time by opening my Car Scanner app.

If you use it with the Car scanner ELM app it works perfect and could scan almost everything on my 2013 volvo xc60 and ecm, tcm, abs, srs on a 2004 mitsubishi colt.

I have been using different Bluetooth OBD2 scanners in the past but I read an article lately on what the best ones are, and this one came up very highly.Using this, along with the nice and cheap "Car Scanner Pro" app gives me much more information about my Volvo than any of the others have, and some extra fault codes and information.If I have to find one thing against it I don't like, is that the OBD2 port in the Volvo (and many cars I have owned!) is deep inside a little hole in the trim, and this has a very low profile. With even slightly fat fingers, it's very difficult to pull out, so I have had to ruin the looks of this thing and put black tape around it so I have a pull-tab to pull it out. A fold out handle would have been a nice design addition.Anyway, it's inexpensive and one of the best Bluetooth OBD2 readers you can get - So I'd just get this one!Please give me a helpful vote if you find this review useful.

I saw this mentioned on Car Scanner app website and decided to purchase. Got this working as expected with no glitch whatsoever. Car Scanner app on iOS was able to connect and read all data from my Mazda 3 coming via obd2 port.

Works and pairs well with IPhone/IPad. Used with Car Scanner App from App Store.
