Work as expected

The product is good in general in terms of the operability and installation, but there are several down points as below:1. The documentation is poor for such a technologically advanced product.2. The mobile interface is not quite user friendly.3. Product does not come with a SD card, and many of the features of the CCTV do not operate until some form of storage is available.4. Cloud storage is not on any open platform, and the cost of cloud storage can get larger than the camera itself over a long term usage (even for a year).5. Motion detection based on AI is again on chargeable basis, the charges for which are exorbitant. This is a big down point, since motion detection for theft was one of the most intended feature of the CCTV purchase.The manufacturers should ideally mention all such extra charges upfront so that consumers can avoid the hassles of buying such products, testing them and then returning and waiting for refunds, etc.

Best product in reasonable price, recording quality is clear day and night. Camera is having many new features.Top camera is fixed position lens and bottom camera is having 360 degree rotation.
