Arrived in time. First one broke because it is plastic. My husband pushed too hard and broke connections.

I thought I was purchasing a wand that would work with a powerhead. This does not have a cord, but it is a nice extension wand for your existing integrated wand. I'll keep it and use it for those hard to reach places.

Works really well with the Nu Tone CS100 car care attachment set (50' hose). Love that it easily slides to make shorter for my wife or longer for me.

This all metal wand replaced the cheap plastic wand on my Dirt Devil in-house vac. The telescoping feature is very secure and being metal it shouldn't break at the plug-in joint like the plastic wand did. Highly recommended.

This wand was of high quality as is working very well for us. It feel more substantial than the plastic units we have used in the past.

Excellent product and high quality

Fits our Hoover Hush Series Central Vac (from Costco) perfectly! This ratcheting wand locks with the lower black ratchet lock and also has a slot of the top to lock onto the hose control plus it fits my floor tool. Exactly what I was looking for to replace the broken plastic and metal one that originally came with the central vac.

I ordered the Broan-NuTone CK135 Ratcheting Wand for Central Vacuums, and was sent this that my repairman said is not meant for my system. I came home and compared what I ordered with what I got; not the same. Vac Freaks who fulfilled the order tells me that they do not even carry the part that I ordered so that one was sent. Although it fits my vacuum, it does not have a support to keep the plug in place. I now have no support because my cleaning person never brought the situation to my attention until the Amazon support period had passed.

I bought this as a replacement part for my current want. The product quality seems adequate. In the online description noted and as seen on the posted photo of the wand, there should be on the bottom of the wand a button-lock fit that keeps the rug and floor tool in place. Unfortunately, as you can see on my attached photo, this mechanism was missing. After searching in questions from customers I found this answer from Amazon to another customer with the same question: "That wand is discontinued you can only get the one with out the button. This is designed for a friction fit you should be able to just push and twist it on".Why was the website not updated accordingly? I will return this product because I'm afraid the wand could wear out after a short time in use and I would have to order another replacement part.

Universal fit with central vacuum, love the grip on it. The only issue is the hose doesn't lock when we put it on the powerhead (big brush). So we have to hold on to the electric cord which is not too convenient
